Is NeonLock waterproof?
Yes — NeonLock is waterproof and sweat-resistant. It's designed to hold through swimming, humidity, and all-day wear. We still recommend reapplying after prolonged water exposure for maximum hold.
How long does NeonLock last?
NeonLock provides up to 12 hours of hold under normal conditions. For extended wear or high-activity use, simply reapply as needed. A little goes a long way — one tube gives you multiple applications.
Can I return NeonLock?
Due to the hygienic nature of body adhesive products, we're unable to accept returns once the seal has been opened. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Why doesn't the packaging say "NeonLock"?
We're a new, lean brand — so instead of paying for custom packaging (and passing that cost on to you), we ship in our manufacturer's standard packaging. The formula inside is identical to what's described on this page. Custom Neon Vault packaging is on our roadmap as we grow.
Is NeonLock safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. NeonLock uses a hypoallergenic formula made for regular use. We still recommend a patch test 24 hours before full application.
Will it hold up if I sweat?
Yes — NeonLock is sweat resistant and built to stay secure through movement, heat, and long wear.
How do I remove it?
Just soap and water. No oils, no alcohol removers, no residue.
